From UK Business Park. Provides news items on British companies. This time on Firecrest. Note top entry of 10-Dec-1996. Shareholder letter says "the Company" was incorporated in Delaware on 10/06/94. In Dec. 1996 "The Company" changed its name to Mega Com but never said what the name was of original company incorporated in 1994. This article and report from Planetcrap both confirm Company was Super Phone.
So, the original shell was Super Phone. Anybody know anything about Super Phone? {ie who their officers were?} Jeff
