This is great news. We have a entrepreneurial board now backed up by sound experienced management (NOVA!). With options at $1.43 for incentive, not a deep discount, I expect these guys to work hard for us. The little company which is growing will undoubtedly get CREDIBILITY and this would allow the company to attract interest, and eventually a higher share price (higher PE). We all know how important management is to a company as location is to real estate.
