I read post 119 and see allegations from a sleazy class action law firm turning on the interpretation of "sales". GAAP is not written in stone, and is subject to interpretation over many issues. If SBTK's accountants allowed them to book sales, then in their opinion they were sales according to GAAP.

Many companies extend terms to their customers, this is not an unusual business practice. Paying cash on delivery would be unusual.

SBTK may have been creative at the end of their quarters, most companies are to some degree. But I don't see a smoking gun that is going to halt trading in SBTK. Maybe Pluvia will post the rest of the allegations soon, we'll see if there is anything more serious.
