This may sound cold, but it doesn't sound like there were many casualties in this war. Hitler, to whom Milosevic has been compared by Clinton, killed 10,000 at a time. A real mass grave is one with 1000s, not 10s of bodies.

Hell, Clinton killed more men, women and children in Waco, yet I didn't hear Waco called a "mass" grave.
