We do not own shares in NWDP.. which is why this is necessary.
If PM would do as he has said and is LEGALY obligated, then none of this would be necessary.

I encourage all shareholders to call PM this week to get this straightened out.

Oremont, if you would. Please contact me privately with your SEC contact. I'd like to be talking to the same person. If not, I'm sure they will eventually get our two complaints together.

If PM has not started or finished these letters of conversion... I feel that it will be a long way off for us with all the Legal SH*T that is about to happen.

I will be spending the week getting legal issues in order for next monday. Any shareholders in Florida can contact me Privately for information.
