A cursory review of their Web page--- {Sure enough, He *does* walk on water!!} About Alusuisse-Lonzo; why, sure enough they're both headquartered in CH, sorta, but are highly diversified conglomerates... Lonzo has a deal with Genzyme transgenics, but manufactures chemical 'specialties' all over the world!(even Texas!) There appears to be some relationship with Alusuisse, who makes composite building 'skin', but no connection with Celltech. So Celltech does put it's annual report on-line; all 51 pages of it! My take- (And remembering that HE walks on water), and I'm an architect--not a biologist, is that it seems to be sort of a hybrid British composite of IMNX, CENTO, & PDLI, at least in sofar as their primary platform is MAb's and they're persuing all the same indications as their US brethern noted above.
