I have not attended SuperComm but have met some people who have and they were excited about the product. This company may be getting cash from its parent company MicroPhase (mPhase) which is a private company. So the finiancials look a mess. Don't think it is a scam, but a way to protect the parent company if it fails. MicroPhase has about 5 current patents some of which may be applicable to their RADSL device. Check it out. patents.ibm.com Ignore the noise from the shorts. They will get hot every time this puppy spikes or when it looks to start another rally. As it does today.
