shareholders of idtc should not have to pay for any shares of ntop. they already own ntop by owning idtc. paying for ntop would be strange, and should alienate current idtc holders. if idtc wants to offer ntop shares, it should be announced in the future, after the ipo and the price of ntop has stabilized (3 to 6 months). this would allow for idtc shareholders to be rewarded, without attracting speculators to push the price of idtc higher, only to have it sell-off big later.
