PeakSoft Multinet Appoints Terry Haas As
Vice President of Business Development
Former Novell Vice President and Innovus CEO and President
Brings 'Sales and Market Experience to PeakSoft

PeakSoft Multinet (ASE: PKS; OTC-BB: PEAMF), located at
www.peak.com, a leading provider of Internet communication
solutions, announced today the appointment of Terry Haas as
Vice President of Business Development on a consulting basis.
Haas will assist PeakSoft in pursuing business development
opportunities and in gaining the highest value from its
co-marketing alliance with Novell and other PeakSoft partners at
peak.com, the Company's online business community.
Mr. Haas was formerly the Vice President of Channel Sales and
Marketing at Novell, and during his 11 years with Novell, he was
also the Director of North American Distributor Sales. In addition
to his experience at Novell, Haas was the President and CEO of
Innovus Corporation, and has an extensive industry background
as the principal of the consulting firm Paratechnology, Inc.,
where he was a marketing and sales consultant working with
Sun, Digital, Borland Lotus and others.
