David, I don't BS. The 8-K filed with the SEC back in April indicated a target date of August 3rd (120 days from April 5th, the signing of the agreement). This is no big secret, it's in black and white in the filing. Read it. Call David Westfere yourself at 602-462-5900. He is a very nice guy and I am sure he would be happy to tell you just what he told me. I am not going to try to paraphrase his words. Call him yourself. This was a tough day for anyone holding DDEQ. Stressful on us all. I do believe the fundamentals are stronger tonight than they were 24 hours ago. They came out with a great site today and it was on time. As they iron out any glitches and add the rest of the features, the value of this site will become obvious to the masses. I am perfectly happy holding my shares in this stock. I have not sold one share, and I am looking for far higher price levels. Dexx
