Hi Suzanne - thank you very much for sharing your DD. Did Bernie mention how much of the PP has already been a) converted but not sold and b) converted and sold to date by the PP holders ? Also - did he mention what percentage of the PP was provided by Bernie and his family ? Since Bernie stated previously that he (and I presume his family) would not short TSIG "Because I don't want to hurt the Co. and I do not believe this to be the right way to do business." - this would help in projecting how much shorting pressure TSIG may face in the future. One important last question - when Bernie stated: "Bernie said that the company still needed about $500,000-750,000 to make it until positive cash flow. He believes they have pretty much found it. Apparently, Bernie has been very active in helping find these last funds." Is this in addition to the $ 2.2 million of the PP that TSIG anticipated using (i.e. for a total of $ 5.2 million) - or is the $ 2.2 million no longer needed ?
