Has Samuels sold more than the 25,000 shares listed on the Yahoo Insider page? Haven't seen anymore on Edgar...

Just checked the proxy and he has over 3.5 million shares.

A 25,000 share sale is nothing to get upset about.

Chris Cline, the CFO, exercised his acquisition rights in April for 42,000 shares (for $1.50) and sold them during the next few days for a tidy $800K. He's a smart guy...you just can't blame someone for doing that. They toil away with a startup outfit, they're overworked and usually underpaid and this is where their reward comes from.

This stock went from 2 to 25 in less than 6 months...geez, even the most high-flying high-flyer rarely sees this kind of gain.

I can't blame these fellows for cashing in a bit. They know the market is foolish sometimes and they went in and took advantage of it. That's what we all have to do as traders, too. 25 was a huge spike in April. I'm not saying that it won't be there in the future but we have to take advantage of opportunities like that when the market is irrational, just like the AMZN and YHOO traders should've taken advantage of their respective 200+ days. Everything regresses to the mean eventually and continues on its growth path from there.

Remember, Samuels still has 3 1/2 million shares...

Paul
