Lowenstiener incorrectly stated that ASTN was suffering from a cash crunch. The CFO has subsequently denied this and stated that financial situation will be apparent in 2 weeks when 10K is filed....in the meantime, HELLO? ANYBODY HOME?!....think a minute!!!!! ASTN warrants have been callable for something like 3-4 weeks now. They could call the warrants if they needed cash. They would INSTANTLY bring in 13 million dollars. In case you are out there Lowensteiner you joker, you yourself noted that ASTN spent only 15 million $ IN THE LAST 3 YEARS....so, if they are so crunched, why don't they call the warrants?!?!?!? WHY!? WHY!? It would last them another 2 years or at least till JULY WHEN VWAP GOES ONLINE.....why? Because you are DEAD WRONG...there is no "cash crunch". Very unprofessional journalism, full of opinions stated as fact, and little if no research. I think Fred is going to sue you.
