Scott McNeally got roasted on CNBC interview - very combative - and the moderator got right to the point & asked him if he were trying to gain an advantage in the courtroom that he can't in the marketplace - of course he said no - but it was obvious he was - also, glad to see that Patti Murray - come around and support her state's #1 employer & taxpayer - and I really hope this tide will turn in MSFT's favor - as Mr. Gates is waking up to the darker side of Big Brother.
