I just found myself typing that Assend would NEVER get bought out when I realized I would have said the exact same thing about USRX not that long ago. Anything could happen, although I am still looking at FORE, SHVA, MADGF or maybe CSCC as takeover candidates. My GUESS would be that a niche player (FORE/ATM) would be VERY attractive to anyone looking to get into the ATM market easily. I'm using FORE as an example because I think it looks attractive on a standalone basis and certainly the consolidation in the networkers make it even more enticing. I'm trying to think who Assend would be MOST attractive to. Any guesses who would benefit most? Jeff OT**Hey, howz about them UTES? I love March Madness and Utah looks REALLY good.
