if you divide $30 million by 14 million shares of VCAH that works out to $2.14 per share. But let us not forget that there are 3 a more contracts in negotiations which will make the share price higher and than last but not not least if negotiations work out, they will have a 70% interest in Sabana Mining Company...Protius
