This is a response I received to questions regarding the certificate call for LONE.

Dear Glen,

We took up your question with our attorney and a senior broker. A
non-hypothecation letter would be as effective as a call for certificates,
with less cost and effort. We were also advised that the broker would have
to cover if the stock had been loaned prior to serving the letter. The only
real difference would be in verifying the action. It is possible to get data
on changes from street name to certificate. I don't know of any effective
monitoring action for the number of non-hypothecation letters delivered.

In other words the company still feels that there is more benefit with calling certificates ,but in the very least please send a non - hypothecation letter. I am trying to get some verbage for the letter but have not come up with any. If someone is successful in aquiring or already has one I would appreciate it if you would post a copy for everyone.

I received my certificates the other day. If you are like some who have a core holding position and a trading position please consider calling for your certificates on your core position. If you know that you are going to hold this stock for a long time please consider calling for your certificates as well.
