Ed, read what the judge said here: "...I conclude that the plaintiff has not placed before the court a body of evidence which establishes that it has a good arguable case against Newmont sufficient to establish jurisdicition simpliciter," ruled the judge. The judge did not overstep his assignment which was to determine if the court had jurisdiction which includes determining whether there is any grounds for a case.

Also regarding pursuing its claim in Indonesia - good luck.
