I caught a brief blip on the morning news about a decision rendered by some court relating to MP3 and RIO. I only caught a few words but it sounded like downloading music in MP3, piracy, favorable for RIO. Tried other stations, even BLoomberg, but nothing. Have not found anything on other news sites.

WOuld anyine care to help??? Please???
