I didn't say I don't think it means anything. In fact I'm inclined to believe that ASND is roughly where COMS was in early January. I can't see how they will make their quarter. Even if you assume ROK will win the 56k battle, ASND won't be shipping any 56k product this quarter. Also, who would buy their V.34 products now when you know it is already obsolete? I don't think anyone has revised their earnings yet, and ASND is still selling at around 50x earnings. I think they are going to get whacked like Shiva did. Given the current competitive environment, it would be crazy to brush off the insider sales at ASND. Furthermore, USRX currently has the upper hand in the 56k battle. If they maintain this lead, ASND is in big trouble.
