it dissuaded me from buying for now. How many others has it influenced? The director answered back on S.I. saying as you did that it's not worth the trouble. Did this poster know this? Like a juvenille offender knowing that there will be no penalty?

let me re-write that persons post to show all of you what I mean! If we condemn one we must condemn the other....so far I see the companies are only condemning one, so again...I have no sympathy for the companies involved...they only read the posts they don't like!

HUGE UNDERVALUATION - EVIDENCE IS HERE!!!
It is hard to believe that so many people can be fooled by a few BASHERS. BAZUNGA is the next Microsoft with huge potential earnings. After extensive research here are the details you "real" people have been looking for...

Here are the facts:

1. Bazunga has anywhere close to $700,000 in cash, it actually has $42,000,000 in a Swiss Bank Acct! ***Ask for a copy of the bank statement***
2. The company does not have 40 distributors, they are negotiating right now to add 600 more!!! Each distributor buys an average of $50 per month, for a grand total of $2,000 a month in sales! But..the new distriubution agrement has a buy or pay clause...thats the minimum buy!!!***The company may print you a list of 400, but that is a huge underestimation. See below***
3. The company pays its distributors approximately 50% commission, leaving the company $1,000 a month in income * 875 distributors = $875,000 per month....which equals $2.00 per SHARE!!!!!!.
4. The company advertises itself as an ecommerce company, but this is just the tip of the iceberg, they have access to proprietary data that could make them a space exploration company for as little as $1.20. Wouldn't a company that says it has $42,000,000 in the bank pay for someone to develop their ecommerce software???It'll be up and running next week!!! NASA is now using the proprietory data to develop the next generation space shuttle!!! REVENUE man REVENUE!!!

ETc. ETC. ETC.!!!!!

Until the company charges this individual!!!NO SYMPATHY AND NO SUPPORT FOR LAWSUITS USING SHAREHOLDER MONEY!

This is my last post on this issue...sorry to plug up the thread...but I told you guys I had "strong opinion"!!<ggg>
