I wonder what would happen to your timetable if Microvision decides not to call the warrants.


If the 20 day criterion is met, MVIS can raise 27+ million. The management would be foolish not to call in the warrants. I suppose you would prefer that they waste their time negotiating the terms of more financing deals via the private placement route (they have already done 3 deals in 1999).
