Good questions, wish I had some answers. As for the shares issued, a one year restriction isn't a long time. And a wild guess would be between 9-12 mil shares, but hopefully I'm way over. I guess it depends if they did this based on history or potential. If I had an email address, it'd be worth asking. Is Mr. Lu leaving as CEO? DuGen
