with CSCO up and CPI good Fed is less likely to raise rates, volume will return to the markets going into spring earnings season, and ITG will prosper. I may not stick around for earnings as the soft volume in the markets this quarter may have hurt ITG temporarially. Obviously Bloomberg will help in upcoming quarters, so forward looking statement should be good. I just bought in at $34 looking to get back above $40 this week.
