Good work, Jacalyn. Yesterday's 3200 shares were the lowest volume day in the history of CMLK or CML, and occurred just a month after a a six-day period in which 7.6 million shares were traded (about 7 million of them at a rising asking price), which was the highest volume six days in the company's history. What's fun about this is that it is so obvious that the accumulation has been done very, very quietly, and there is clearly no hyped interest in the stock, from anywhere.

I wonder, when Mr. Bode told you the shell was empty, if he said anything about the issue of the NOL tax carryforward of a little over $30 million that was listed on their last 10K. It is my understanding that this was not sold at auction when Smith & Hawken was auctioned in February. I suppose any more recent report from the bankruptcy court would be germane, and I think that the Hapgood fellow may be very close to the location of that bankruptcy court.

The phones, by the way, are still on at CML's office location in Acton, Massachusetts: 978-264-4155.

As ever,
Diane
