> Where in that press release is there a mention of a ruling?

The FCC chairman stated that it was his intention to effectively over-rule the lower court
ruling on the issue of open access to cable lines.

No new ruling took place today, but the FCC chairman said he did not agree with it. And
eventually, what the FCC says becomes law.

KIS,

Clealry, there was no ruling. You ststaed that yourself. Secondly, that was an opinion in an interview with the FCC chairman. Thirdly, his real opinion is to permit the courts to look at this further. Finally, he cannpt make the decision. There is a board that must vote. He cannot override the cout ruling on his own.

You clearly were in error. No ruling. Who was the "stupid" person in this? You or the AOL investors that are "too stupid" top understand the ruling? I can tell you the AOl investors do not understand the ruling due to the fact there is no ruling.

You need some help Let me know if you need further explanation on this issue. I am willing to help those with reading comprehension disabilities at no charge as long as that person makes a personal effort too.
