Rajiv, There is an interesting facet to the TMSR convertible. The conversion price gets fixed after 300 days and the press release indicates: "The investors have agreed not to enter into certain short sales of the company's common stock for a period of 300 days from the closing date." Is this a sham or will it work to protect the stock from shorting? John de C
