I was told that some investors sold off because they expected production of 50,000 barrels a day and they reported 40,000 barrels in the first month. Production is already up to 46,000 barrels a day and will increase when the work over drill is set up . Also some investors assume that if the price of oil falls this will effect Hurricane.Again Hurricane has negotiated a 30% increase in prices for the balance of 1997. When the company issued the private placement in 1996 they projected 52,000 barrels a day in the prospectus .The Macdaniel report projects potential cash flow discounted at 10% of 1.4 billion dollars over this projects life span. Thanks for responding Glad to see someone is paying attention.
