Hello Janybird: I consider the Parent's Magazine article as CCSI hype. It is a popular magazine, but popularity does not confer accuracy or the mantle of knowledge and insight. A responsible corporation, especially a CEO (Darby Macfarlane), would not want misleading articles published. As a practical matter for a responsible CEO, it is much more difficult and time consuming to set things straight than to originally be forthright. The misleading nature of the article would serve to generate demand for the device by those who do not understand medicine or technology, but are vulnerable to emotional suggestion. That is preying upon ignorance and emotional vulnerability. I am disgusted by that conduct. It is inconsistent with 'good management practices'. It notches my opinion one lower of CCSI management.
