(OTC Bulletin Board: USAV - news) announced today that it has filed its Form 10 to register its securities with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. This filing should become effective within sixty (60) days, at which time the company will become a reporting company, responsible for filing financial reports with the SEC.
