Mel,

I don't see that EDTA is relinquishing anything in the USA. The appeal is still on and the only thing I see is ABC with a non-exclusive license which means everyone else will have to license to EDTA if they are given a favorable decision on the appeal.

I don't think EDTA is giving up the Freeny patent rights in the US.
