And for you newbies...

Offshore shorting happens far less than you can imagine, and they generally go after Stocks that they lend money to in the form of Floorless Debentures.

I don't want to explain the details of why, because it would take me hours to type,

Suffice it to say that they can issue floorless debentures to a company, then use those debentures as collateral to short sell the stock (Thereby getting the cash back they lent while still collecting interest on the debentures.)

When the price drops they can continue to short more, and more and more, until the stock hits rock bottom.
Then they convert.

It is 3 cents on the OTC (roughly) and filed CH 11
