We have just returned from a four day fact-finding visit to Microphonics' offices in Nashville,Tennessee.
Jimmy, Myles, et.al. at Microphonics were as accommodating and open as we could have expected. They freely offered any information and documentation we requested in our attempt to clarify all matters regarding shareholders' questions about Microphonics. We went over everything; including contracts, purchase orders, marketing plans, history of the company, future growth plans, financials, invoices etc.
In addition, we received a product demo of the Model 111RCK
and had conversations with a couple of Microphonics' customers.
Over the course of the next several days, we will be posting an extensive recap of what we have learned and will address shareholder issues, including the financials, and other concerns, as posted here over the last couple of weeks. After these posts, we will respond to follow-up questions.
