Teflon, That witness is going to face serious cross-examination this afternoon. The government gave him a hard time in the depositions. They will be going after his credibility as his company could benefit from a future MSFT contract. I hope he does not damage MSFT case like some o of their other witnesses. The judge tends to side with the DOJ in these type of situations.
