GCDV -- Just talked to the president of GCDV -- jacob Barrocas @ 303/337-5700 and here is what I got: 1. Shares outstanding 7M 2. Float 2.2M 3. Time frame for the merger 30-45+ days 4. Current business of GCDV -- NONE 5. Current # of employees -- NONE 6. New Millennium Multimedia has about 45 employees. 7. New Millennium Multimedia worth 2M at least according to Jacob Thanx. That means stock is overvalued and should be back at Friday's price of .08. Some folks buying in the $2 plus will get hurt bad cause when this falls it should fall fast and hard. Do you concur?
