<<France is moving decisively into the era of free Internet access.>> Keep in mind, they have no or very few ISPs in France and have been resistant to the internet. The reason: Minitel Minitel is a proprietary system for something like $30 US you get a cheap dumb terminal that dials into a bulletin board system owned soley by France Telecom. (that's why they were resistant to the internet). Now who will provide these new all-in-one internet terminals for the super French ISP? -Bill_H
