ORCL did its thing today and reinforced the return of software companies post Y2K budget problems... for ORCL, today's move on exceptional volume established an "island reversal"; a technical feature that often sets up a continuous advance....watch for fund rotation into these issues.. Should be up, up, and away for ORCL from here..
