Some quick points on the insider selling subject, sorta' OT, but sorta' not:

Insider buying is much more important than insider selling. Historically, insider buying in a stock was followed by 12 months of that stock appreciating and outperforming the S&P almost 100% of the time. Insider selling, on the other hand, did not produce the opposite results, and actually also turned up regular appreciation in that stock.

So look for insider buys, don't fret insider sells.

Further more for an example, many here know Concurrent (CCUR) - look at the insider selling @ $5 just 3 weeks ago before it appreciated a further 50% to $7.50. Many knowledgable investors expect CCUR to be in double digits within months, maybe weeks. biz.yahoo.com

Finally, if you're that scared about insider selling, look at USABanc.com (USAB - yes, different sector, and yes, I'm long) and their insider buying. Don't think you'll find a more attractive insider activity chart than their's this afternoon. biz.yahoo.com
