The company has been promising results since I started reading this thread back in September (and I am sure long before that).

I just can't believe there are people who still believe this company has any chance whatsoever.

Who is going to fork over $10 for a MusicCard, that effectively allows you to buy CDs at about the same price you can get them elsewhere on the Net, and then wait one, or more likely 2, 3 or 4 weeks to get a CD?

To believe that a teenager is going to wait that amount of time for a CD is simply LUDICROUS.

And even if somebody is suckered into buying their FIRST MusicCard, you can bet they will NEVER buy a second with this company's delivery performance.

Good businesses are not built from first time purchases. They are built from repeat purchases, which occur ONLY if the customer is satisfied.

Does anyone know the answer as to WHY this company takes so long to deliver CDs that have been ordered?

Does ANYONE think that kind of delivery is acceptable?

Has anyone considered what kind of management this company must have to have such lousy delivery from an order?

I would think TSIG would be busting its derriere to PLEASE its customers as much as possible, if it were serious about succeeding.
