If you doubt that, perhaps you have a theory on how they plan to support 1 meg dedicated VC traffic over facilities designed for 28.8 switched.

I don't really know, but would imagine it is something along the lines of a CLEC in Utah has an agreement with UUNet and UUNet then has an agreement with AOL. In other words, I would think all the smaller ISPs and CLECs would have interconnect deals with the few large backbone providers, and then AOL would have agreements with those few large backbone providers, but anyway, the question I really wanted to know was.......

Do we know which company's DSL chips CPQ is using???
