My experience is that all small companies PR guys tend to be exuberant promoting the merits of the stock. I didn't see anything improper in his statement. I only hope that the next earnings statement is a lot more professional than the last one. It would be nice to see an official figure for the current number of shares and the float, and earnings per share, just like any other public company. It would also be nice to see any statement denying the plans for a reverse split. I'm sure that is what has spooked investors. It's my experience that most reverse splits devastate the price of stocks.
