OCTAGON INDUSTIRES INC ("OTA-V") - Additional Orders and Retailer 'Approved
Status'
Martin Ingham, Chairman and CEO of Octagon Inc. is pleased to report that subsequent to its
News Release dated April 29th, it has received three additional orders in the amounts of 20,
125 and 350 FRIGOPUB(TM) units for installation this year. A total of 125 are to be placed in
Canada and 370 in the USA. Subject to the restriction of confidentiality agreements, we are
unable to identify the specific brands at this stage.
Additionally, the Company is pleased to report that it has received 'approval status' from the
following retailers who have confirmed that the Company can proceed to work with additional
brands for installation in their stores subject to their final approval. They include, but are not
limited to, A&P, Dominion, IGA, Loblaw, Zehrs, Safeway, Federated Co-op and many more.
The Company believes that this confirms a level of endorsement for its product and as such is
planning for the additional business which it feels will be granted.
Octagon provides the creation, print and manufacture of in-store advertising and promotional
