I have no idea what the Dell's internal targets are for their
share of this pie. But, imagine just 5-10%... about where IBM is.
IBM is pulling about $30B/year in global services alone with
gross margins around 25%

Dell's broadening line product offerings at the higher end
position them perfectly to tap into this huge and lucrative
business.
