I keep thinking of the conversations Pete is having with Bank CEO's. Something to the effect if the Portal Bill Pay is Free , it may look more attractive than the banks own on-line bill pay. Therefore, it is possible we may see more banks offering Free Online Bill pay, just to keep up with the Portals. Benny(IMHO)
