Regarding todays news - Funny that the alias Prefab, had me thinking about SIP's already yesterday !!!!! -

I see it as good news, as it show the continued strive to make the synergy of ARET acquiring FAMC a success. It also IMO show that the once started cooperation with DFPN is continuing.

As I see it, a new company First Plains Construction Corporation Inc is born, as a subsidiary of ARET or partly as a subsidiary of ARET.

The name and the further hint to Dakota, lead me to think that the Inc is made in cooperation with Dakotas First Plains Nation(DFPN) management.

Aret applying design (Using the SIP's) "Prefab homes", the finance via FAMC and The Nation applying the workforce on construction site.

As Tonto has pointed out SIP's should already be a part of ARET.
SIP's coming from Cottonwood corp. - It is understood from earlier news that it should be like that - Only it is not really clear from the filings that Cottonwood in fact is a part of ARET. We have had speculation whether it is a sub of Tomahawk, and therefore not mentioned in particular in the filings. Tomahawk also unclear whether it is a 100% sub of ARET or a 49% sub of ARET.

Would be nice to get that question/confusion cleared up, at least in coming filing. At all where does all the different activities by now fall in place in the concern. Who own what and how much. In short we do need an organisation-plan to see and understand the full scope of things here.

The wording in todays news, also being general public news, may also be restricted due to company politics reasons.
