Kenneth,
First off Ken, the question defense doesn't help you much. You can slander a person with questions as easy as facts. What if I asked a question such as, "Kenneth, are you still stealing funds from your Company?". Notice, how I said "Still". You catching on yet Ken? Now lets examine your questions....ok?
1-Why are you spending so much time on a penny stock????
That was an ok question.
2-How much are you being paid to bring down the price of the stock?
Well this one is pretty slanderous, you are not asking if he is being paid, you assuming he is being paid and are asking how much.
3-Are you paid in stock or cash?
There you go again Kenneth, implying he is being paid, questioning HOW he is being paid.
And besides, even true questions can be implicative in these cases. So Kenneth, No you can't just go around asking loaded questions and implying people are guilty of something.
