There is a difference between things that you don't tell your spouse and you spouse doesn't care if you do or not, and things that you actively want to conceal and would lie about or refuse to answer about it asked. The second category is what I am addressing.

Are there things you do that, if your husband asked point blank "did you ...", you either refuse to answer or lie about?

In my case, there are things my wife will never ask me about (and vice versa) because we respect each others' privacy. But if she asked, and really wanted to know, I would tell her.
