I am projecting what I interpret as shares outstanding based upon the deal. Let me clarify that these share #'s are what I believe them to be come July earnings report after the split.

To answer your question about the float... I would estimate this # to be roughly 19.5MM.

To summarize after the split: 35MM+/- outstanding with float of 19.5MM

This is my view. I may be wrong. Correct me if anyone has a more accurate account!

Besides...the important thing is the opportunity this split will give institutions to get in on one of the best plays in the net sector in my very, very, humble opinion!
