Paul - Re: "The Dresden photo showed an OPEN wafer cassette at the load station in front of the operators. This was clearly NOT A SMIF Interface station." But the operator clearly WAS holding a SMIF pod! What is that tool anyway? Is that the Mattson logo on the top left?
