J.D, clearly Medinah can't say much at this point regarding JV talks. Probably will only hear something when a partner has been selected.

In regards to preferred shares-recall that only 1/3 of the preferred when be available in July. The only way management can get them all now would be a buyout. The buyout should happen during the 2nd phase drilling which should begin by the end of this month. Perhaps end of July/August-the bidding war will begin. Cheers.
